Baked potato topped with garbanzo beans cooked in garlic, paprika, nutritional yeast and salt. Threw this together from the pantry (very in need of a grocery run) and was pleasantly surprised with how good this was!

Iced matcha keeping me going through all of this packing and cleaning 🌿✨
What’s your caffeinated drink of choice (or a non-caffeinated swap you love)? Do you love a good black coffee or maybe an iced tea? Or something fancier and sweeter??
☕️🍵
I swap between tea and coffee! If I’m making it at home I’ll make matcha (my favvvv 💚) I add non-dairy milk (oat milk is my current choice!), maple syrup, cinnamon, and of course plain matcha powder (it’s ground up green tea!!) into a pot and whisk them together as they heat up! If I’m out and about I’ll get an iced americano, sometimes plain, sometimes with 1 pump of hazelnut! I’ve found coffee is cheaper to buy out than matcha and matcha can often comes too sweet for my liking when it’s made by someone else! I buy my matcha in bulk (most recently got it from Costco for a great price) which saves me a lot of money as it can get expensive! I also get asked a lot about the caffeination level that matcha gives me- I for sure get more from matcha then if I were to drink a normal cup of green tea, but it’s still different from coffee! Matcha feels like a more chill but still awake and energized caffeination which coffee is more of that hyper/jittery caffeination with a crash later on! Both good and useful for different types of days! If you’ve tried both I would love to hear your thoughts! 🌿Anyway, hope you’re having a wonderful caffeinated Saturday!!
