Yesterday's 🤤-worthy brekky from @thebutchersson_ !!! I went with a bagel with cream cheeze, garlic butter, avocado & tomato whilst Laikey opted for the blueberry pancakes - we both loved our meals and @everydaysimplehealth even ordered a 'chicken parm' roll to go! 🤙🏽 Definitely would recommend checking this place out if you're in Berkeley, CA! 🇺🇸 #thebutchersson (at The Butcher's Son)

Here’s a round up of some of last week and weekend’s more photogenic dinners at home, as well as the ridiculousness that was our sandwiches from Butcher’s Son yesterday! Pictured is the Wedge Salad with Pepita Bacon from Vegan Bowl Attack – always a fave as a light, summer meal. Next, we had Fishless Fish Tacos and Spanish Rice for #tacotuesday. Next was a supremely easy, yet totally delicious Buffalo Tofu Salad featuring Violife’s ah-mazing blue cheese crumbled on top. Then, I made the Vegan Sausage and Pesto Ricotta Manicotti from Rabbit and Wolves. Delish. Also the first time I’ve ever made manicotti, believe it or not! I’m lazy and didn’t make the sausage from scratch like in the recipe, but I used Field Roast Italian Sausage (Beyond Sausage is sold out EVERYWHERE) and it was really great! I also made Rabbit and Wolves Jalapeño Popper Pizza in the NYT Pan Pizza recipe style (as promised) and it was fab! Next time I’ll skip the shiitake bacon just because I never had bacon with my jalapeño poppers so it seemed out of place to me. Still frikken yum tho! The last two pics are my Buffalo Fried Chik’n Sandwich and Jeff’s A-1 Steak and Potatoes Sandwich along with our go-to sides of Bacon Macaroni Salad, all from the magical wizards at Butcher’s Son. Their new space is awesome too! SO much seating now and still a line out the door!
