hmm ok you ship a relationship where the guy is a psychopath who killed off generations of a family to get back at the scientists who tortured him for 5 years, even though 100s of the ones he's probably killed were innocent and just had the last name (i'm all for him killing the assholes who tortured him and the people associated with it) but he killed many innocent whitmores that had nothing to do with the augustine project, and just recently killed one while being with elena. he abused caroline, elena's bff, he tried to kill bonnie, he killed jeremy, he is the worst brother in history fyi, he forces a kiss on elena in 2x01, he continually flirts with her while she is dating his brother, he controls her, he has threatened her with bodily harm like he was gonna break her arm if she didn't do what he wanted, he forced vampire blood down her throat twice, once in 1x13, and the second in 2x20, he killed alaric TWICE, probably killed her parents cause her father helped in the augustine thing, he killed lexi, he has tried to kill matt, killed mason, killed uncle zach, compelled her to forget things he told her aka mind raped her, also through the sirebond got her to turn off her humanity instead of actually being a good boyfriend and letting her grieve, makes a deal with klaus that endangers matt and jeremy and sends them into the woods with like 30 newly made vampires to complete the hunter mark so he could find the cure, then doesn't want elena to take the cure, he doesn't want to grow old with her and have kids, he wants her the way HE wants her, makes jokes about killing and turning bonnie's mom, threw her against a wall to stop her from going to stefan and restrained her, said to gag her and throw her down a well so she couldn't make a choice, said in 2x10 that she doesn't get to make decisions anymore, fed katherine to silas, is probably still obsessed with katherine so he's projecting onto elena, he tried to kill caroline's dad, he fucked her mom, and turned her, and rubbed it in alarics face. His brother gave up everything for his stupid ass so he could live, and he repays him by continually going after elena, leaves town with katherine in 3x04-3x05 because he's pissed at elena, and decides not to tell her, and beats jeremy to get anna to answer his questions about mikael, can't break compulsion that KOL of all the originals, is probably the weakest, put on him to kill jeremy, and stefan saves his ass and jeremy's at the same time. he's changed elena for the worst, even her loved ones don't like this new elena much and don't recognize her, and now damon is going to go to stefan for relationship advice apparently. and we are the dumb ones? lmfao ok

shall i add more, there are like thousands of more reasons why you're the delusional part of the fandom, not all delena stans but you are part of the dumb ass ones.

also on screen chemistry is there in breakup scenes too look at stelena's, also dullena was the most boring abusive relationship on tvd thus far. so yeah i'll stay on being a "dumb stelena shipper" atleast i don't condone rape.
