SELF BOT 2025

The final result of the Self-Bot Summer Project I did for Uni. My bot was inspired by Transformers and Gundam. The bot, or rather Mecha, is the real person, but a 20m tall mech (they are roughly the size of an f15 fighter jet) can't exactly fit in a lecture hall or classroom. Therefore, they use a remote drone with a hard-light holographic avatar projector in order to attend class (the real body is awkwardly sat in the car park). The drone (based on a spaceship from one of my favourite cartoons), is significantly less awkward than having to peer through windows or attend classes remotely.

They've done their best to customise their body, using stickers from their favourite fictional media, gold airbrushed imagery & patterns (the butterfly is based on my actual tattoo), and vinyl decal wraps with vibrant designs (meant to emulate having fancy shoes). 

Their optics (eyes) are not the best quality, and the visor improves their vision significantly. The wings are meant to be batlike, due to a love of vampires and Batman. Additional arms were included due to the mecha often carrying an abundance of luggage & supplies, and not all of it can be stored in their cockpit.
