This is my finch Flora in her penguin pajamas. She has a tiny pet llama. No, I don’t know how that works. Here she is mellowing out in Reykjavik:

I know this is dumb, but I wish there was a self care app with actual physical prizes to win once you've remembered to drink water for 7 days straight, or something like that.
Hey y'all have you tried any self-care/productivity app that have really helped you?
I've been obsessed with 21 days challenge, It's a really awesome app it has everything to be aware of your mental health and I want to upgrade to premium this year.
What about you guys?

Hey app developers:
Can we get an app (or a bunch of apps because everyone is different) for "basic" daily functions? I'm talking "brushed hair", "put on deodorant", "changed out of pajamas", "ate", etc. for people with disabilities? Cause that's a lot of hard shit to do for spoonies like me. And it would be much better if we had things to remind us to do that shit. Also, maybe a rewards system? Like, each task has a different point value (set by the user) and if you reach a certain amount of points each day, you get something cool. (Maybe make a game out of it: you get new decor for your (virtual) house). Users get to add things to the list of tasks but the app starts out with some basic ones. I know to a lot of people this seems like a waste of time/resources/money but SO MANY people would benefit from and use it, I think. It would also be really good for kids!
Anyway, if you're aware of any apps like this, please leave comments on this post as to help other spoonies.
A few I know of:
Habitica: website and app that is rpg style and by completing tasks you do damage to baddies. I personally rarely use it because it's not enough motivation.
Plant Nanny: An app to track your water in-take. Every time you drink it waters a plant. The plants grow and are super cute. For me, it became too easy to lie about drinking water cause I cared more about the plants than I did myself.
Dailio: I've only heard about this one. It reminds you to do tasks daily and journal.
My bird Regi and his groovy little home from the Finchcare selfcare app
This self care app is so great, i don't need a subscription to use it and the pets are so cute. You can dress them up and listen, they purr when you cuddle them!

Nice purring bit is gonna be nice for white noise if needed too.
