P1: Plan: Having a plan gives a clarity of the goal as well as the path. Sometimes, you might not be aware of the path, all that you have is a goal in the mind. Planning can help in chunking down the big goal into small steps, which are practical and can be acted upon. So, when you start with some planning in mind (writing it down can be even more helpful), the path becomes vivid and executable.
A top seller for 15 years Most of us have read or at the very least heard about the ground breaking, excellent book, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R Covey. As impactful as reading ...
Being alone has got me thinking, like, screw relationships in order to feel whole. As long as I am doing what I want to do, for myself, for a while. Doing things I know will make me happy. Doing things that aren't hurting me mentally or physically...then hell yeah. Waking up, putting on clothes that make me comfortable, working a job that doesn't suck. I am not living for anyone else for the time being, but myself. I make ends meet and I am living and breathing a day at a time. I am supporting myself emotionally. And I think that's what I've been needing for myself before I may come along another person to be a part of that, and not make me feel like I am dependent on feeling that way.

I need to learn how to listen more and talk less. The whole point of a story or issue being addressed will be missed due to the running of my mouth. Patience is really a virtue that I need to pray on. Don't judge me. I can call out my own flaws... Are you bold enough to identify yours?
DAY 0 - What am I doing?
My entire life I have been slipping. Coasting by on a latent intelligence. This cannot last forever and I am past the point where it works. So, I am getting back on the straight and narrow. Getting my life in order. I am going to make large sweeping changes to the way think, act and live. I already have put some small changes in place but tomorrow ,November 9th 2012, I am going to call the first day of the rest of my life. Bit clichéd but I think it is apt.
I am first off keeping this blog and I am going to write at least 100 words on it everyday before I go to sleep. It will detail how I have felt and coped with the new life. I won't detail every change here right now as there are too many to count but I do have them written down.
Three major things are exercise in the form of regular Squash games and a morning Jog everyday. Then tidiness, both mentally and physically. Finally I want to keep to a strict schedule to make sure the changes stick.
First day tomorrow. Things are going to be different.
