9. who are your self insert’s closest friends?
If we exclude Viktor cuz he’s a love interest that started off as a friend. Probably Ikon(my OC), Shinra and Arthur.
Shinra and Arthur cuz she ends up getting dragged into a lot of their spats and adventures. Usually against her will cuz they end up accidentally dragging her with them. They enjoy having somebody who will try to settle their arguments but at the cost of her sometimes trying to prolong their arguments for the sake of entertainment.
Ikon cuz she constantly gets hurt and therefore she spends a lot of time in the medic bay and getting check ups to make sure she’s not going to keel over from her body being stressed. Ikon was also the one who convinced Veselko to join the 8th and until more people joined Veselko’s job was basically to protect Ikon and Iris from infernals.
Veselko has even aided Ikon on trying to gain Benimaru’s forgiveness as well.
10. how do the other characters feel about your self insert and f/o’s relationship?
The majority of everybody was simultaneous “Why?” But also a simultaneous “of course why not.”
Nobody is surprised, it makes sense.
Hibana is more upset over it but eventually ends up being like “somebody needs to love that little parasite I guess.”
12. how would the fandom view your character?
I feel like the fandom would probably see Veselko as an asshole and nuisance cuz of her constant teasing. Like she’s not depicted as a bad person but as a loveable prankster.
Or however the BSD fandom sees Dazai other than carnally
9. who are your self insert’s closest friends?
It would be Lupin with Jigen as a extremely close second.
I know I said this in another ask but while Corvo would get revenge for anybody in the gang, there’s only two people she’d jump off a cliff for in some attempt to save. Those two being Goemon and Lupin. In Missed By a Dollar Corvo almost jumps out off the helicopter in a desperate attempt to save Lupin but was stopped by Jigen.
Corvo, while she denies it, does feel like she owes a lot to Lupin. Lupin is the reason why she’s alive both literally and figuratively. He indirectly gave her a will to live and instead of living her life as an emotionless husk with a death wish she now gets to laugh and have fun as well as have a reason to live. She enjoys doing and planning stupid heists with him. She also probably spends the most time with Lupin since she usually follows him around to scheme.
10. how do the other characters feel about your self insert and f/o’s relationship?
“Really?? You’re finally dating??? Good for you good for you! Never thought you two would do it!”
There’s only surprise that it’s finally been done. They’ve all expected Goemon and Corvo to die with never telling each other how they feel OR randomly stumble across them happily married and with a random child.
There is not in between only one or the other in their eyes.
12. how would the fandom view your character?
I feel like the fandom would probably depict Corvo more mean and hot headed then she actually is fjejrks. To be fair she does threaten to beat Lupin a lot as well as intimidate people whenever she’s annoyed with them. So it’s warranted but still nrjfjejr
