A scene in Act 1, chapter # idk yet in my Au!
for context, a man was trying to get Bonnie away from the boys to dance (as well as a woman, who successfully managed to get bendy away from the group already), but Cuphead felt off vibes from him (working for the devil and all, he has learned to sense these things). He swopped her away before she could give the man an answer, going to the dance floor where he could talk to her in private.
"There's something shady going on..." he starts. "The people here... Are odd."
As they talk, the music picks up. The man looks at them with an evil eye, so to not look suspicious they dance along.
Having only known each other for about a month, their chemistry while dancing was incredible, and caused a sight on the floor against their wills; though they were unknowing to the crowd forming (that also blocked off the man from getting to them) as they were actually having fun (was it the alcohol... or did they genuinely enjoy the other's company in this moment...?)
Once the song stops, they end in a classic dip-pose. Applause erupts from the surrounding crowd as they realize the position they were in; eyes having been previously closed as they laughed and danced...
