Southern Owl Nebula Self-Reflection Dream Spell
A cosmic spell to help one dream about one’s inner self for self-reflection, self-improvement and self exploration.
You Will Need:
✨ Amethyst (dream divination, mental clarity, and dream inducement) ✨ Clear Quartz (vivid dreams, dream inducement, and dream recall) ✨ Image of the Southern Owl Nebula printed out (self-reflection)
Steps:
✨ Cleanse yourself and your room as you please and get ready for bed as you normally do
✨ Place your image of the Southern Owl Nebula under your pillow and atop it place your clear quartz and amethyst
✨ Place your pillow back down and climb into bed
✨ “Southern Owl Nebula, aid me in my dreams tonight, to look into my deepest self, and see who I am. Help me understand my own reflection, and come morning, may I have more knowledge of my inner self.”*
✨ Close your eyes and take deep breaths until you fall asleep
✨ When you wake up write down everything you remember from your sleep, even if its just a few words. Research what they mean and also think about what they may mean to you personally. Take notes and reflect on this as you see fit.
