If_you_don’t_have_energy_don’t_subject_yourself_to_things_that_will_drain_you_more. That_includes_people. You_yourself_comes_first.
i think us millennials just need to keep telling ourselves that if we don’t have, or aren’t on the way to having, some kind of illustrious successful career by the time we’re 27, then that’s ok. it isn’t the end of the world
Burnout_is_just_your_pans_way_of_telling_you_that_you’re_doing_too_much_too_fast. That_it_wants_a_break. Listen_to_it, burn_out_lasts_longer_the_more_you_keep_on_pushing_it. It’s_okay_to_want_a_break.
