Ive started to realise that over these past few months I've definitely changed as a person due to the immense pressure and stress I was under earlier in the year - but I've come to realise that change isn't necessarily all bad. Yes I'm more anxious at the moment (I'm working on that) but I'd say most of the changes are positive; I'm definitely more open with people and I speak my mind a lot more. But more than anything the whole situation showed me that positive outcomes can appear in even the most darkest of situations. As well as that it has also made me realise that I am a strong person and I can tackle anything in my way, as long as I believe in myself.
