For someone who was seriously contemplating not pushing play today, I must say I pulled through pretty well. I paid attention to my posture during each exercise, I took my time yet pushed myself, I challenged myself during the burnout round and most of all I didn't give up. Some days I just don't feel it and I mean ANY OF IT!! I don't want to wake up, I don't want to be a mom, I don't want to be a wife, I don't want to be anything that requires me to speak, I just want to stay in bed all day and do absolutely nothing. Not to say that there's a problem with that because we all need those kind of days but when you make a commitment to yourself to push yourself to be the best person you can be, staying in bed and doing nothing is not on that contract. I've got to wake up, drink my "get over it bitch" #energize, do my daily rituals, and make shit happen. Because I chose this lifestyle, this, Coach- Freaking-Awesome-Motha-Freakin, lifestyle, I made the decision that I was going to be that person who doesn't give up on herself no matter what! And because of that decision I have discovered that I am inspiring others to do the same for themselves.
