I am on a mega multivitamin course rn lol, cos doc got me to check my vit.d and iron and while iron is low but in normal ranges, my vit.d level is 8. Where the normal (minimum) is apparently supposed to be 30. So, yeah.

Some things make sense now ✌

So right now, I am on: iron, vit.d, zinc, biotin, calcium tablets for the next 3 months before I need do another followup.

Cool, cool, cool.

She's also given me a vitamin tablet (zinc and a acid thingy) that, in theory, could help with the overweight issue - should I also supplement that with exercise.

I was already aware that I was as old as All Star (if Google says 2001 that's apparently the Shrek version), but it was also a pleasant surprise to find out Blue (Eiffel65) and I Want It That Way is also as old as me.
