It's been over a month now that Canada legalized Cannabis. This is amazing news for some of you that like to take part in this activity. There's a lot of rules and regulations that come with this added benefit. The law allows people to grow up to four plants at home. Unfortunately, some home cultivation can cause property damage. Some of the risks that are associated with cultivating cannabis plants are the spread of mold and fungus through the homes ventilation systems. A Zoocasa study found that 57% of homeowners feel that cultivating even a legal amount of cannabis inside a home will negatively impact the home's resale value; 26% disagree, while 18% are neutral.
