Do you like tea? I always drink that when I'm anxious because apparently the warmth is scientifically as comforting as a hug? Sounds weird but it always helps me
i do like tea! however i don’t like hot things in hot weather so i continue to chug my iced coffees as i walk my way towards cardiac arrest.
but maybe hot tea in hot weather is a small price to pay to stop being an anxious mess so thank u i will note this for the future

If you can find it, Mononoke is hands down my favorite anime. Look for it with the key words "medicine seller" though so you don't end up only getting results for Princess Mononoke. The entire thing looks like a beautiful old Japanese painting made by someone on an acid trip!

you can tell a lot about someone by the type of music they listen to. hit shuffle on your ipod, phone, itunes, media player etc and write down the first 20 songs. then pass this on to 5 people. one rule: no skipping
