♝:Reading a book together
Kazana stood over Senri’s shoulder, looking at his flower book. Having him be that close made Senri a bit unnerved, but he tried to focus on his flowers.
“You know there are words in that book,” Kazana said at length. “Have you ever actually read it?”
Senri sat still before shaking his head. “Can’t,” he said in a low voice.
Kazana was stunned for a second. “Oh, well.. obviously it’s because the flowers are blocking the words,” he said with a strained smile, glancing away. Senri turned his head up and stared at Kazana with a serious face.
The bird +anima couldn’t meet him in the eye. He sighed and scratched the back of his head. “Do you.. I mean, would you want me to read it?”
Kazana felt like he was on trial as Senri glanced between him and the book, until finally Senri nodded. Kazana awkwardly sat down next to him. He reached for the book, but Senri swiftly pulled it away from him, glowering at him.
“Wha- Look I need to see it to read it!” Kazana said. Again, Senri stared between Kazana and the book.
“Only I touch,” Senri said. He held the book between them, and turned to the beginning page.
Kazana sighed again and began, “Chapter One..”
