This flavorful gluten-free homemade bread is easy to make and perfect for those with gluten sensitivities. It's moist, tender, and pairs well with a variety of toppings.
Ingredients: 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend. 2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 large eggs. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Optional: sesame seeds or poppy seeds for topping.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Grease a loaf pan that's 9x5 inches. Mix the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl using a whisk. Mix the eggs, honey, almond milk, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar in a different bowl. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together until they are well mixed. Once the loaf pan is ready, pour the batter into it. If you want, you can sprinkle poppy seeds or sesame seeds on top. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until you can stick a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes in the pan. Then, move to a wire rack and let cool all the way through. Cut and serve. Have fun!
