Although it was still light outside, the brightness and the greys of the sky were quickly darkening for a set of darker greys and blacks instead; glimmering bits of dulled silver rising appearing with the curved moon. This was the time of day Jongdae liked the most. Soon, the only light would come from streetlamps and cars zooming by along with storefront windows and his eyes would be less bothered behind the shade of his sunglasses. It was late in the day, but on a whim, Jongdae had decided he wanted to buy a pet. He had yet to decide what type of pet, a fish, a dog, a cat (Chanyeol would probably like a cat); but the idea of at least just checking one out appealed to him.
As a child, his parents hadn’t been strong supporters of pets due to the sheer amount of work and time that went in to taking care of them (work and time that they didn’t have). So a small nagging voice had set in at the back of his head, incessantly reminding him of how hard it was to care for a pet, how the animal would reply on him for everything and thus he would be responsible for the animal’s life itself. It was a little daunting to the writer to say the least.
Before leaving his apartment, Jongdae had looked up where he could adopt a pet nearby and quickly found a place near his apartment. Printing out the directions, he had made sure to leave with plenty of time to spare as his sense of direction wasn’t the always the best. Even so, when he reached the shop and re-checked the time on his phone, it gave a time 30 minutes away from closing. Most shops would start to clean up at this time, the workers eager to get home, but Jongdae couldn’t tell if this was also the case for the building in front of him. It didn’t look like there was anyone inside if he was going to be honest, but it’s possible whoever was manning the store was simply hidden behind a shelf or two. With a shrug of his shoulders and re-adjustment of his sunglasses, he entered the shop, a light bell tingling on his entry.
Well he didn't have to look far did he? Standing at the line of the frozen yogurt stand in the mall, he had been so busy demanding in his frustration as to who could have taken his order he almost hadn't heard the man fess up. Strawberry shortcake flavored frozen yogurt topped with slices of strawberries. It was a common enough order sure but after the recent sickness where he could barely keep soup down, he had craved the delicious treat as badly as he wished to get better. He was admittedly a bit sensitive when it came to food and hearing that his order had disappeared from beneath his nose had sent him into a frustrated tizzy. Now looking upon the man holding the small cup, he could feel himself calming down and feeling a bit ridiculous for having got so upset but he would never admit it. "Did you eat out of it?"

He was done complaining about having to share a bed with the elder, there was enough of that from long before they went on their trip. It wasn’t until he got enough guts to head to bed long after the other did so, yelping into the sudden grab.
"Easy-- I'm just keeping you warm. You're so skinny, I'd think you'd freeze to death." Khun chuckled softly, ruffling his hair a bit before letting out a long sigh of content. His tongue poking out a bit in concentration as he went to nudge the other's leg playfully from underneath the blankets.
Nichkhun didn't have to guess at who it was, as he remembered the younger's scent almost instantaneously. The light, clean smell of Jongin's clothes bringing a soft smile to his face as the material brushed against his skin. Everything seemed pleasant about him, even in Khun's half asleep state. Humming softly, as he wasted no time to scoop him up in his arms.

Despite being the one to approach, he ended up being the one to be more shocked. The tilt of his head and unexpectedly succulent warmth to his lips, brought him to a frozen standstill. There was nothing to see or capture of your features but his eyes stayed open before...
He let his lips linger a few moments longer, moving to lightly brush his fingertips through the silken strands of the younger's locks. A soft hum of amusement passing through his lips as he pulled away. "Your contribution is greatly appreciated."
✖After being handed a sheet of paper full of questions, Jongup looked up at the other male. "You want me to fill this out? Alright." He took a seat at the table before he picked up the pencil and started scribbling on the sheet. He ignored the rules.
Do you believe you’re happy?
Maybe. Maybe not. Is there a thought you always find yourself going back to at night?
'What's for dinner?' What is your biggest regret?
I don't do things that I would regret.
Do you think there’s such a thing as hell?
Hell would be easier than the place we live now. If so, what do you think it’s like?
Heavenly. Aren’t dentist appointments real terrifying?
Not really. If there was a world war, do you think you could survive?
I'd be the one making it worst. Do you think this is a question?
There's a question mark. It really isn’t, isn’t it?
Oh but it is! Have I run out of things to ask?
I think you should work on your people's skills. I think so, do you?

Dark orbs looked back up at the other as Jongup returned the pencil and paper to him. "Is this good enough? I'm not going to hand out my own surveys though."

Khun's eyes widened a bit as his focus shifted to the male before him, a soft chuckle passing through his lips. "Surprising. I didn't think I'd actually get any takers, but here you are--" With a gentle smile, he reached to press a finger to the underside of the other's chin. Applying the right amount enough pressure to tip the boy's head upward while his own dipped down, meeting the younger's lips in a feather-light kiss.
"Ah, it’s a pleasure to meet you, …?" the writer’s voice trails off, left with the open invitation for a name. His eyes were filled with curiosity, eager to listen to every story his companion had to offer and to perhaps someday, be the one to showcase them for all to see. "Care to be my muse?"
{‘there was a playful glint in the Cheshire’s eyes; his grin spreading from ear-to-ear while eyeing the mundane in front of him} Say, would you consider yourself good with riddles? You seem like a smart fella, let me indulge you.
[‘yifan’s expression bored into the other male, not at all surprised to see this kid back inside his office for what must have been the third time week] Do you enjoy being a nuisance to society or are you just that eager to see me?
Jin’s perception was altered and there was no telling what he was capable of doing in this state. The scent of stale cigarettes cling to him like a second skin, and his breath was the result of one too many shots of vodka—a celebration of his latest win. Even with the adrenaline still coursing through his system, he wasn’t satisfied. He needed more. He eyed the male with a simper, slurring what he perceives to be an enticing invitation for the night, “You look like the type of kid who knows how to handle a stick shift. I want to see you try.”
