                     “What,” he makes, frowning. “I was very precise in what I want.” He sits down on the couch next to Steve, making himself comfortable. He feels a little awkward but powers through that feeling and slides a little closer, then puts his head on Steve’s shoulder. That’s nice. There aren’t a lot of people he touches (or who touch him), and accidental contact rarely happens, what with him usually wearing gloves around other people and all that. “You are very hot, that’s true,” he says and only belatedly realizes how that sounds like. “Temperature-wise.”

      All day. He had been hiding from Steve all fucking day, leading to an embarrassing moment with Clint in the air ducts and almost face planting as he rushed out of the gym, only to have the prick wait for him in his room like a fucking asshole.

      “Steve, please just get out. It’s been a long day, and I just wanna get some rest.”
