Of the Same name // Chihiro
Chihiro had been glad he had picked the more crowded road on his way back home as he saw a younger girl with a pony tail drop something and not even notice she had dropped it. The people around her hadn’t noticed either, everyone to absorbed into their phones to notice something small like that. So when no one made any moves to pick it up he went to the rescue. If this was important to the girl and she lost it, he would feel so guilty that he hadn’t tried to return it to her when he had clearly seen her drop it. It would be something that would haunt him for who knows how long. He thinks of how it would feel to lose something like Alter Ego and that’s enough for him to scoop the item up in his hands as he jogs to catch up to her.
However being short in a crowd looking for another relatively short girl was a near impossible task to complete. Among the crowd it was hard to spot her even when he bobbed and weaved through people as fast as he could manage without shoving anyone out of the way and blurting out apologies every time he brushed arms with someone. This was not a lost cause however, he was able to breathe a sigh of relief as the girl with the pony tail came into view.
He runs to catch up to her and when she’s within reach he reaches a hand out to tap on her shoulder, “Excuse me, um, Miss you dropped this.”
