Jungkook had vowed himself to never, ever, ever, get himself involved in anything that had to do with his father. From the moment he had figured out, at 13 years old, that his father wasn’t just a good for nothing inside the house, but that he was up to no good outside either, he had vowed to himself to never find out how. He knows nothing about his father. What he does, what he did, about his past, about what he’s doing right now. He barely knows where he works, but it doesn’t really matter, now, does it?
It was only recently that Jungkook had to break that promise. Receiving a call from an unknown number was creepy in itself, so why had he picked up? Who knows... all he knows is that someone on the other line had told him that he had to meet a person. A person that had something to do with his father. And with himself, apparently. Why did he go to the meeting? Who knows. He can’t turn back now, though. Because the man is already approaching.
