“You. Fin. Yer goin’ under pede t’ talk t’ Axle. ‘Es’ th’ bot runnin’ ‘s opperati’n. I’ll clear ya’ in, but jus’… Keep ‘em occupied, right?” he addressed the newcommer before spinning and looking up at Running, “N’ YOU ‘r gonna help me track ‘er down. She couldn’t a gone too far…” Suddenly realizing he’d been a higher rank for once, and actually in the position to give orders, he cracked a smirk and then gave a salute to the orange mech. “Well?! Get to it! Y’ can’t miss th’ door. ‘S seriously RIGHT under us. ‘S name’s Axle. No worries!” With that, he motioned Running to follow him as he lept off the rock-face, grabbing his rifle mid-fall.
Pilot lifted an optic ridge skeptically. Talking didn’t usually lead to anything overly exciting; he got the gut feeling that he was simply being pushed out of the way. That being said, he couldn’t force his way into their company without really knowing the situation. By how eager these two were to be off, he doubted they’d stop to explain… or even get his designation. Well, you take what you can get.
“Alright, alright. I’ll go distract this Axle,” he said. As long as he was going to take the safe path, Primus blast the explanation. The bit of unease and uncertainty that followed a stunt was half the fun. He’d just have to wing this performance. Not waiting for any further instructions, Pilot reversed his course and started walking in the direction of the door. What the slag was he getting in the middle of?
Axle had been aware of the situation, maybe before Running, and certianly before Dallas. His own attempts to track the newly turned flier had proven unsuccessful, and the panicked transmissions he got from the red mech caused him to scowl. Now he was worried. The new, foreign radiation signature that was moving opposite of the two 'bots was new... Put with the broken-thought transmission from Dallas, he could only guess what, or who this would be. Looking to the hologram that served as the outer cover of rock-face, he waited expectantly. One thing was for sure, there was never a dull moment on this planet.
