Must-Haves of the Season (Spring Edition):
1. Contouring is still popular and that is why companies come up with more and more products that help emphasize certain parts of the face. The first example is “They’re Real” Double the Lip Lipstick and Liner in One (It is a typical Lip Contouring Product). They used to sell sets with this product (approximately 4 different shades for $40). However, now you can purchase individual shades ($26 CAD/each). Colour I personally recommend is called Criminally Coral.
2. Highlighters are also very popular. On the second picture you’ll see Love Light Prismatic Highlighter by Too Faced (in Rose Gold). The price of the product is $38 CAD. Too Faced, as always comes up with cute packaging and I’ve swatched the product at my local Sephora and it looked pretty pigmented.
3. Rainforest of The Sea products by Tarte are very high-quality and popular among makeup lovers. These Colour Splash lipsticks are probably no exception as they are full-coverage as well as moisturize your lips. I recommend Pink Peach for the season (light pink and nude shades are your safe go-to for this season). The price of the lipstick is $27 CAD.
4. Last but not least, the brand new product of the season is California Blush by Benefit ($38 CAD). The packaging is really pretty and you get pink blush with shimmering gold shade in the shape of sun in the middle (So it’s pretty much a combination of a blush and a highlighter). You will love this product if you are not really into contouring but still want a little bit of blush and soft shimmer on your face.
