So I have been pushing myself to workout because I am not happy with my weight atm and its paying off so far. After being on/off T for a good bit I took the steps a month ago to get back on T regularly so I feel like going back to the gym will help me achieve my goals. I was pushing 200lbs for awhile there and that was the heaviest I have been, I was deeply depressed and had no motivation to do anything other than smoke weed and play video games, even doing my shot was too much of a bother. I currently am working and going to uni again, eating healthier and feeling better about myself.
Sometimes you have to lose yourself before you find yourself, ya know? I am almost under 180lbs in just a month of changing my lifestyle and I hope to continue to get back into shape. I am also looking at getting back into the trans community or at least be more involved like I used to be.
