#WaybackWednesday: Last year on this date (9/30/2019), a friend of mine & I headed down to the Metropolitan Museum of Art @metmuseum in NYC, NY to check out this amazing music exhibit, “Play It Loud: Instruments of Rock & Roll”!! We made it just a day before the exhibit closed on October 1 & it was truly amazing! One of the best exhibits I saw in a long time!! It featured some cool musical instruments from bands and musicians as Lady Gaga, Stevie Ray Vaughn, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Van Halen, and many others that brought out the best in music!! We also headed up to the Roof Tower to check out another art exhibit and check out the NYC skyline!! The museum had to close for months due to the pandemic but now it is re-open. I hope to return to NYC again soon once things calm down to return to the museums and check out the cool cultural attractions.
