Perach is leaning over Sarai's bed at the moment when they finally open their eyes after the horrific thing Michael did to them during their appointment with Sera.
Oh my god, you're awake!!
She hugs Sarai tightly, relieved.

Still feeling so much pain, their eyes slowly blink open as they feel Perach hug them. The first thing Sarai could wonder about was where she was, and how she had gotten there. Once her vision had cleared, she saw that she was back in her room.
The image of Michael attacking her with those cold dead eyes still haunted her, but he didn’t seem to be near, so she flattened her feathers.
Turning their focus back to Perach, they try to answer her question, only to find that their voice was gone.
