Decided this is actually an IC look for S'era. It's her Arcadion outfit.
I think she starts wearing it some time during the Cruiserweight tier. Probably for the fight against the Howling Blade, and it's Honey B's idea. After making the big public challenge, wear something flashy to show off.
S'era is not immune to showing off (she's hot, she's vain, she knows it), so she's all for it.
Some differences from the in-game look though.
The skirt is a bit longer, and asymmetrical.
All the blue accents and gems are red instead.
Not as much jewelry.
Probably a matching or at least similar metal bracer on her left arm.
Headdress might be a bit different.
Sword is a little less ornamental and features the sun instead of the moon.
And definitely some snake imagery on her outfit somewhere (cause S'era loves snakes). Probably the choker is a snake design, and at least one coiling snake on her arms.
