Abrupt, he had to have a sufficient reason after all given he'd nearly fallen into Cosmos's back--and he'd unintentionally extended a hand to catch himself. The exact spot it landed on was another subject entirely.

Oh, my… Cosmos. The easy way’d be saying ‘Arceus’ because he’s the God and everything and we’d have a ‘recurring theme’ but I do love to think outside the box.

Another easy one’d be picking bisharp or any knight-like pokemon in honor of duodecim’s finale, not happening, aaand… nope, no legendaries. The first one that crossed my mind was slugma, actually: a pokemon that cannot stop and has to keep moving like Cosmos herself has to live through every cycle.. it seemed fitting. Even spoink has a similar theme going on but… I preferred to pick a beautyful pokemon with great defensive skills in the end. After all she ‘protects’ herself in the end of duodecim.

So, yeah… the pokemon I pick for Cosmos is Milotic.
