This is by far one of my favorite blogs on tumblr! Three's Company is such a big part of my life and will always be in my heart and one of my favorite shows! Would it be any trouble to ask for some Joyce appreciation posts? Would love to see some pictures of her that I haven't seen before! :-)
Aw thank you! No trouble at all. I will see what i can do!
Am I the only one that misses Bryan? Either way, I'm happy that he's following his own path and that everyone else respected that. SQUAD GOALS.
Yeah theres always a special place in my heart for Bryan but he’s doing him and I’m happy for him!
We're keeping them alive so to speak in memory and knowledge. If it wasn't for vaudeville or music hall, (or stage and theater in general), we would have no show business like today. These people are what MADE entertainment.
EXACTLY! That’s a reason why it’s so important to remember them. They paved the way to what we have now, without them the culture of to-day would be quite different for sure.
I absolutely love vaudeville and the many stars of that era are being forgotten too - it breaks my heart. Their names are slowly fading. People like us that appreciate the bygone eras are helping the world remember them which is so important!
It does make me sad that the vaudeville and music hall greats go so unrecognized these days, considering how wonderful and talented they were! It is people like us that make sure their names and deeds wont be lost to time! Preserving the memory of these stars is very, very important!
It's quite amazing! I don't know too much about Vesta, only a little bit from what I've read on Wikipedia, but she is definitely a interesting person! I was surprised as well that there was any footage of her!
Honestly I’m very glad that you know of Vesta! Music hall entertainers like her are too unappreciated now-a-days. She was actually in a 1916 film but it is said to be lost (which breaks my heart). I can make do with the short footage we have of her, but I’d like to hope that maybe some more will be found in the future!
I don't know if you've seen it or not, (you probably have!), but on YouTube they have a video only a few seconds short of Vesta! :-)
Oh, I do know the video you mean! I remember seeing it for the first time and almost crying (I never thought I’d actually see any footage of her). Even though it’s just a few seconds long it’s lovely, isn’t it?.
I absolutely love your blog! It's so magnificent to see all the wonderful photos! And thank you for the follow as well! :-)
Thank you so very much! I’m so glad you like it! Love your blog too <3.
