The dog didn't "wash out" -- it behaved true to its breed, which you would have known if you'd taken the time to do any research. Please do not adopt another dog with unrealistic fantasies of magically turning it into a service animal.
"Washing out" is what you call it when you decide the dog won't work out. True, I'll admit that I didn't know enough about the GSP part of her mix to be aware of the breed traits, but the rescue was aware of what I was adopting for and was equally unaware that this would be her temperament. She had shown a much calmer demeanor in her foster and I spent a long time talking to her foster and asking lots of questions about her behavior. So you can fuck right the hell off about my plans to train a service dog and about my methods. It's not a magical transformation, and adopting a rescue is always a risk. There's no real knowing how they'll behave in a home after they get accustomed to it.
You don't know jack shit about me or my journey or the research I have done. So fuck off with your tactless ass and leave me the hell alone.
