who is the big spoon/little spoon

So beyond the fact that this took me way too long to figure out what that even meant...  Anatoly would be the big spoon I guess it's called assuming Svetlana is in a mood where physical contact is fine. He's basically the only one allowed to get that close to her, though, beyond their daughters as it iis. 

what is their favorite non-sexual activity

Playing chess. Specifically, Svetlana tricking him with the same trap every.single.time. Doesn't matter he was world champion, she is the one person he will never beat. If it's not chess, it's ice skating.

who uses all the hot water in the morning

Neither. Between piping issues and the nature of the Soviet Union, it's a commodity  so it has to be used wisely.

what they order from take out

Like there are outside influences on food in the Soviet Union? They alternate cooking, though. Anatoly usually has to convince Svetlana that it's okay to cook things that he learned while he traveled given the connotations it holds to them.

what is the most trivial thing they fight over

It's not actually trivial, but there are constant battles in regards to Svetlana's claims of being fine when she most assuredly is not. It's an Olympic sport getting through that at times. Or most of the time. Sometimes verbally sparred or just through many pointed looks.

who does most of the cleaning

They share the cleaning duties. Despite the whole year that isn't talked about or the years leading up to it after Molokov entered their lives, the two are a cohesive unit and know how to compliment one another well in all aspects, including cleaning duties.

who leaves their stuff around

While both are rather tidy, Svetlana sometimes leaves things on the counter or back of the couch if she gets distracted by something. Though the ones who actually leave things lying around are the girls, Jelena and Fayina. 

who remembers to buy the milk

Svetlana. Anatoly going to the store is usually just for emergency tea runs. 

who remembers anniversaries

Both remember. Svetlana is meticulous when it comes to dates and Anatoly has a lot to make up for in regards to the years that Molokov pulled him from his family and that whole defecting thing. So he plans things to try and make it up to Svetlana, who just sighs and goes along with it because she understands the gesture even if she was always fine with simpler things. Though that was only after she realized that it was okay to trust him again and that it wasn't all a ruse.
