His body stood up, back straight and upright. Arms folded over his chest, spandex arms covering the blue star at the center. His smile still held in place as his eyes flickered between the jumbled up numbers on the screen ( the ones he clearly didn’t understand ) and the redhead opposite of the monitors.

His voice came out groggy, tone deep and splotchy as his entire body returned from slumber. It was a bit difficult to make out Barbara’s figure as the entire room was barely lit. He shifted himself, weight on his arm in supporting his upper half. Eyes slowly adjusted to the dark, enough so he could see her silhouette.
