Check this post for general Lore dump about his squad, imma make a quick summary below:

W and his squad, unlike J's who was deployed at C9 bussiest areas, landed on whats basically a rural zone. Veeeeery few worker drones far and between, couple settlements here and there but no true colonies. Despite being on planet as long as J's squad, their Spire (affectionally called The Mound) is about a fifth as tall as J's.

Being constantly, constantly BARELY making quota, his squad is basically malnourished. They have oil to eat but never to spare.

that means their healing is slightly subpar to well fed DDs.

In a hunt gone wrong, W fell for a wd trap that cost him his head. Instead of growing back right away, it took literally WEEKS. And, once it did, it came back looking like. that.

Not only did his head grew back malformed, but when he finally came back online, it basically went feral and bersek, screen blank and attacking anything and anyone nearby. He almost killed Y, in fact.

After regaining his mind, Ws becomes so ashamed of his actions and his looks that he develops a LOT of selfdoubt and negative feelings towards himself. He even stops eating, wouldv died without his squad pulling him out of it.

He hides his mouth most of the time with medical masks that Y got for him.

Years later, with help from his squad, new friends, and straight up forming a family, hes slowly getting better everyday uwu

He now only covers his face when dealing with strangers, using his flannel bandana.

Just so you know, W is she/her, Z is they/them, and Micol is they/it

Z belongs to bug friend @metr0bugz! And now crappy doodles, just more of W, Z, and Micol(right picture is only Micol)-

and spooky ass eldritch W 0-0 yes Micol has hooves now! I was looking for an option for their legs that would work as an in-between the DD peg legs and DD boots. Eventually I finally realized that hooves were good as they are both boot-like and peg-like. But I was still unsure for a bit so I just doodled them with unguligrade(I learned that word in the process!) legs so I got more comfortable with it.

Day 12: Future

There’s roles I had in mind for three of the Lanthanum-57 gang, post-MD. With the exception of I (for now), all 8 were welcomed by the colony after “Derora Doomsday”:

-H becomes an intergalactic explorer and, being the sole pilot of her squad’s former pod, finds herself reuniting with a long-forgotten face on Copper-9. H also has intentions to move there.

-W is a part-time "pill-sitter." The feather necklace she wears is from H.

-Y is an employee for a boutique owned by a former member of Derora’s force (i don’t have a name for this yet) and feels awkward being a “big fish in a small pond.” Y still needs to work on her posture.

The likelihood of this happening is infinitesimally small, but if we ever get an official Serial Designation W I really want them to actually be two completely separate yet identical Drones who just so happen to have the same name. Y'know, because "double-u?" Eh?

...Anyway, I imagine they'd be the stereotypical Creepy Twins of the Disassemblers and would 100% do the whole The Shining "Come play with us" routine on a regular basis.
