I go by Simpy, or you can call me Sam if we’re friends! I’m an aspiring multimedia artist who’s currently hyperfixated on Murder Drones! I also write occasionally. You can find my work on AO3. I make a lot of OCs for the fandoms I’m in and love talking about them whenever I get the opportunity to.
Check out my straw page for all my socials or if you wanna leave a silly doodle!

FAQ
Do you take commissions?
I currently do not take cash commissions at this time. However, I do take robux commissions. If you have no way to pay, I do take art trades, which I enjoy! Art trade rules will be in the boundary section of this post.
More info on art trades: If you can’t draw, that’s fine. You can write for me if you want, I prefer that over AI!
Can I draw your OC?
Yes, you are free to draw any of my characters! You do not need to ask! I do have some boundaries I'll list here. I don't want NSFW of my OCs ever!!! Aside from that, you're free to do whatever!
If you want to include my OCs in your writing, l'd prefer you ask me directly first so we can discuss (unless it's a gift for me ).
Do you roleplay?
I mostly get asked this on discord and amino but l'll put it here too. I do roleplay! In fact, I love roleplaying with people! I prefer discord rp but tumbir is fine too.
Art trade rules
If you are busy or life stuff gets in the way, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! Ghosting will lead to possible blocking and blacklisting.
Do not ask me to draw NSFW.
DO NOT RUSH ME! I HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE OF DRAWING AND SOCIAL MEDIA!
DO NOT GIVE ME AI “”ART””!!! IT WILL RESULT IN INSTANT BLACKLISTING!
BYI (before you interact)/boundaries
You're free to DM me whenever, but l'm more likely to respond to friends/ mutuals sooner.
I am neurodivergent, so keep that in mind when conversing with me. I apologize in advance if I sound rude when talking to you. It is not my intention.
I sometimes make slightly suggestive or dark jokes. I’ll stop if you want me too :)
I check the accounts of everyone who follows or DMs me.
Please do not send me NSFW images or posts.
I am fine with gore ART, not irl gore!
I’m comfortable with most sensitive topics but would prefer if you ask me before bringing them up.

It’s a sad day for the Steven Universe fandom. After over 3 years of inactivity, popular artist artifiziell/KJD has deleted her account.
Her status has been a subject of concern for a while, as she is open about the fact that she has health issues.
Artifiziell was one of my biggest inspirations as an artist, ever since I was in the SU fandom and I will miss her greatly. Wherever she is now, I hope she is okay.
Today I found out that beloved artifiziell's account has been deactivated. I wanted to share some of the art she shared with me that she never posted because I honestly think they're worth sharing with everyone.
Albite and Orthoclase unfinished regenerations. She was unsure of which pick was the best.
A discarded regeneration for Moonstone because the braid would obscure the back eyes.
Moonstone (unfinished) regeneration. She thought that something felt missing and she mentioned how she wasn't sure Mona fans would like her.
Concept art of her gem comic
I don't have her permission to post these, obviously. But since her entire blog is gone now, I wanted to share her art before it's too late. Sorry.
Whelp, been a long while since I’ve posted here 😅. I’ve been wanting to post a little bit again after basically dipping into the void for nearly a year so I’ve decided to start off by actually posting the last of the Artfight attacks from last year (I’m very late to posting these but better late than never).
In order we have characters from Artfight users vivien123, Aquala, ches_iwfb, Fatelixei, @simpystarrr, @blossomfestival, SplashDreamms, @gloomyforrest, and Toonlegion! Again so sorry that this post is so late but thank you so much to everyone who attacked me last year and you bet I’ll be back for more this year!

I think a Negative Kudos button is really pointless first off (ao3 is an archive not a social media site! we don't need upvotes/downvotes to drive some nonexistent algorithm) but also it feels cowardly. like, there already is a way to share your dislike of a fic with the author. it's called commenting 'your fic is bad and I didn't like it.' but then you might look like an ass, and people might say hey that's mean, and you might have to defend your position of unkindness + consider why you feel the need to be rude to a stranger on the internet writing for fun and for free. a quick, impersonal, site-sanctioned Mean Kudos is really just a weenie move
The reblog chain is one of the things that makes Tumblr unlike anywhere else. All the notes on reblogs are attributed to the original post, no matter which branch people actually liked or reblogged. We want to keep encouraging conversations, and give contributors the recognition they deserve.
Soon, you'll be able to like, reblog, or reply to any part of a reblog chain, and that note will go to that reblog's author. Each reblog will have its own counts, instead of one aggregated number from every version of the post. And yes, you’ll be able to like multiple posts in one chain.
If a reblog doesn't add anything, the love flows up to the last person in the chain who did. Your post doesn't lose notes just because people spread it quietly.
Past notes will stay on the original post — we're only changing what happens from here on out. Retroactively re-attributing all of them would be... a lot.
This is just the beginning. More changes are coming as we keep building this out – stay tuned!
Please give Tumblr feedback on this, lets overwhelm them enough to go back on this decision. Its horrible. Here is a handy dandy convenient link.
Tumblr is a place to express yourself, discover yourself, and bond over the stuff you love. It's where your interests connect you with your
I cannot view tags people left on my posts anymore unless they directly reblogged it from me. Which excludes more than half of the tags I often get on posts because things get reblogged from other blogs, tags I usually like to read. And now I cant read them.
Posts on my blog appear to have less notes to me because they do not account for notes given to the post from sources outside of me. How am I supposed to know how many notes a post got now.
Old, historic posts that used to have hundreds of thousands of notes now only show up with a couple.
If I want to read every potentially left tag I have to go visit each blog who reblogged the post to see if anyone reblogged from them with notes, and then I have to see who reblogged from them- and them- this is crazy are you kidding me? Give me all my tags and notes in one spot back please
If I want to see how many notes a post got I am going to have to visit every, single, blog, who reblogged a post and spend hours with a calculator? Give me all my tags and notes in one spot back. Please.

It’s very clear that you all have strong feelings about Tumblr and about this change. We hear you. The passion people have for how Tumblr works is one of the things that makes this place special.
As this rolls out over the next few days and you explore it, we’ll keep reading your replies and reblogs, so please keep sharing your questions, concerns, and ideas.
Your creativity has always been the heart of Tumblr, whether you’re the original poster or adding something brilliant in the reblogs, and nothing about this change is meant to limit that.
If you’d like to talk directly beyond the comments, leave a reply and we’ll follow up with as many of you as we can. We want to work with you to make Tumblr better.
