"It's raining, look at that!" Ariadne smiles as she steps out into the downpour, looking at Suho with a bright smile. "Join me! It's actually wonderful." She beams, twirling in the rain.

Wandering through the rain was nothing new for Suho, not when he had faced so many battles in different downpours, but seeing the way Ariadne enjoyed the freedom of being able to dance among the raindrops, hearing her beautiful voice calling to him ...

Even with the seals in place that shut off so many emotions and desires within him, the Galaxy Ranger found himself breaking out into a soft smile - something only she could ever bring forth, it seemed.

" You're going to catch a chill if you spend too long in the rain . " Suho called in return, though still couldn't seem to resist as he stepped out to join her, offering a hand toward the Emanator. " But ... We can enjoy this for a short while at least . "

Welt's absolutely soaked, but at least Ri-ha will get some cover from the umbrella he just happened to have. "Here, take this. You seem..out of it. Are you alright, Ri-ha?"

The rain had come on so suddenly while they were on a rare venture off of the Express for leisure rather than work - the first since she'd joined the Nameless only a few weeks ago. Truth be told Ri-ha was still growing accustomed to it all, to travelling without a guard paid by her parents watching over her shoulder or her former boyfriend, it was all overwhelming ...

But Welt's presence was grounding.

Looking up toward him as he held the umbrella over her head she could feel tears burning in the corners of her eyes, arms wrapped around herself as slender frame trembled - mostly from the chill of the rain that still clung to her - and before she could even stop herself ... Ri-ha shifted closer to lean her head against his nearest arm.

" It just ... I can't remember the last time I was able to go somewhere freely , to feel like I'm allowed to say if I like or dislike something ... " Taking a moment to try and collect herself properly head tilted, looking up toward Welt to offer a small smile - the first genuine one she'd given in so very long.

" Thank you , Welt ... For convincing Himeko to let me on board , for giving me this chance at life ... "

Kaveh grew suspicious of all the giggling, then 'light bulb' moment!

" DID YOU PLANT THIS BOOK HERE?! YOU WANTED ME TO FIND THIS--"

Not a second 'light bulb' moment of Kaveh realizing he was sitting on a smutty book; trying to hide something that was potentially 'planted' intentionally... better question would be WHERE did Lyney find such a book? Kaveh wasn't sure of how to get out of this situation.

It has taken practice, fitting their full form back into a more human skin. Heat still bubbles through their veins, Destruction leashed just enough not to incinerate their surroundings, but the taste of ash and metal linger on their tongue, and sharp wings threaten to rip through their skin at the slightest distraction.

They sit carefully on the Express seats next to Kaveh, as if the train car itself might shatter if they move too suddenly — another side effect of the Ruin Author's blessing. Their tail comes up to wrap around Kaveh's waist, and they lean their head atop his with a quiet sigh.

It's been busy, trying to clean up after everything. And still, "You've been busy. You should rest, soon."

Kaveh just quietly snuggles up to his fiancee, pressing a few kisses to his collar.

The day had been far too long for his liking. As soon as Kaveh settled against him arms wrapped around the other's waist, squeezing gently before head nuzzled into soft blond strands.

" ... I love you , Kaveh ... " He whispered. " So , so much ... "

And just like that arms quickly reached to wrap around his beloved husband, face nuzzling into the crook of his neck.

" Hope you're not planning to go anywhere , sweetheart ~ "
