does anyone know what the transition should be like for a western hognose to go from aspen to sand/dirt mix? ive seen some people who changed them over right away without any issue, but im wondering if i should change a portion to soil/sand mix and not all of it at once, or if my snake would be fine switching over entirely.

also, is there a certain mixture i should follow? like 1 part soil to 4 parts sand?

actually, my post said more along the lines of “thinking it’s okay to mock someone when they repeatedly show signs of discomfort, you ignore it, and they snap at you and hiss because you’re not giving them any respect as a human being when they are literally a child isn’t okay”, but hey, if you wanna leap and call yourself ableist right off the bat, be my guest. if the shoe fits and all.

anyways people that learned from animals how to defend their comfort zones and had it work for them better than telling people to stop, which is very frequently ignored for neurodivergent kids, are so much more valid than this person’s excuse for bullying a child
