<A printed posters of heartfelt words are posted all over Thayd and Exiles territories, bidding the Exiles to converge and offer assistance.> To all citizens, soldiers and brave men and women of Exiles, It's been almost a year since we landed on Nexus. And since the very day we landed on Nexus -- Everyday, bearing courageous souls and grit, we fight against the Dominion, the threats of the Eldan experiments and even the Strain without ever faltering. Many lives were lost, many children have gone without their families, soldiers bleed and we shed tears at our darkest of times. Yet, we stand strong. Alive. Breathing. We are the Exiles! We are survivors and fighters, and nothing less! On the 13th this month, I encourage everyone to come attend a war memorial, to commemorate the brave soldiers, fighters, scientists and citizens of the Exiles who fought bravely in the Nexus war to secure a home for the Exiles and the lives lost in the war. The event will be held in Sylvan Glade, nine o'clock in the evening. We have planted a memorial tree to hang notes of dedications to your loved ones and passing comrades on its branches. Hello, Exiles! I'm hosting an IC War Memorial event on the 13th December, loosely in conjunction to Xmas. This event was inspired by Candlelight Vigils and solemn celebrations/rites with grave candles whereby we will have speakers to make supportive speeches and voice out eulogies, elegies or obsequies. Finally, we will have a simple ceremony of lighting candles and a minute of silence before closing the event. Currently, I require a few speakers of each Exile race to volunteer for the event and some promoters who can go around Thayd, housing and celestion zone chats to promote the event.

Event Timetable (8:30pm EST for speakers/promoters/co-organizers - We will assemble at Sylvan Glade and I'll coordinate speakers when to go up in order.) 9:00pm EST - We'll start the event, get the crowd assembled before the speakers. Nevaan will give an introduction and give a speech on what the memorial is about. We'll start with the Aurin speakers, Granok speakers, Mordesh speakers and finally Exile Human. Each speaker is given only 5mins to emote their eulogies/speeches. It's best for the speakers to prepare their speech before going up. 10:20pm EST - The co-organizers will go around handing out candles and matches to the crowd. We will have a minute of silence. 10:30pm EST - Nevaan will deliver a closing speech, our guest singer Taulin will play a song and the crowd can either stay to hang their notes of dedication on the memorial tree, mingle with other RPers or disperse.
