Sorry for the spam, but I’m also not ! I’m fucking proud of this. This started off as a stupid sketch I drew on the plane to my grandpa’s funeral earlier this year. I later watched @marco.cavassa make a STUNNING movie quality velociraptor head from simple and easily obtainable items on YouTube and I was blown away and was inspired to make something like it for my drag. Some time later I got an interview for movie prop maker @evilted_channel. I IMMEDIATELY started working on making the old drawing into wearable art so I would have something to show them because my portfolio desperately lacks 3D sculpture. I didn’t get the job, but I got input and motivation. I even got ahold of @marco.cavassa who had created my original guideline to follow for tips, and he was SUPER NICE and helpful. While posting progress pics, I began receiving input from @apianoshrine who also makes props. She has been giving me great ideas for my next project and even sent me some materials that went into this which was SO STINKING NICE. But yeah, this is something that blends all the things I love and it makes me feel like I’m getting closer to doing what I want to do and I’m very proud. It all came together because I had so much help and encouragement. I feel the love ! Thanks y’all, I really appreciate it. ❤️✨ . . . . #art#sculpture#creature#creaturedesign#monster#costume#cosplay#prop#propmaking#halloween#halloweencostume#headpiece#wearableart#dinosaur#dinoart#paleoart#worldofwonder#servingWOWlooks (at Los Angeles, California) https://www.instagram.com/p/BpPiYLhl_3o/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=1lvtqolfot3ku
