Today a lot of my students will be going home and I'm genuinely sad about it. In just three weeks they have forged some of the most beautiful bonds. They are an example of what a new world could, should and would look like. These kids love each other and most importantly they respect one another's culture and differences. During summer term they learn the importance of friendship and what it means to care and love someone who is different and not like them. I'm going to miss these students a lot.
