Destiny
Definition: The belief that an individual’s life has been pre-planned by a greater power.
Position: Many religions teach that our lives are set and that God and Goddess have predetermined our destinies.
Please answer this, how could our loving and caring Creators bestow upon us free will and then tell us our lives are predestined that they have already been written?
The truth is that our lives are not predetermined, and never have been. Every action in your life is a direct reflection of your free will, our Creators did not create mindless robots, and they created beautiful, thoughtful, loving beings with the ability to read and understand the Universal Scriptures and to know how they expected to live.
Why would our Creators tell us that we have a free will and then predetermine our lives? Would that not be a contradiction? Or to put it more bluntly a lie! Yes, it would be. Therefore, we know that it could not be true, for all the holy writings say that we have free will. It is clear that free will is not a well-constructed play performed by us, and written and directed by God and Goddess, but our actions and our choices, not destiny.
However, this does not mean that we are alone, no actually just the opposite, we were given free will, so we can grow and advance along the Universal Path, we are able to choose the Universal Path that leads us to the glorious presence of our Creators.
Free will is one of the greatest gifts given unto the human race by our Creators, with it, we can express true love, compassion, and understanding through it, and we can find and follow our Creators Universal Path.
