Friendly reminder to anyone who needs it that “no” is a complete sentence.
what ever you do, do it with intention
ok but i finally broke down and bought myself the keyboard that was on my wishlist for.... 2 years and now i just need a monitor and i have a functioning setup yay
YAY
Okay so I had a goal to run for a whole mile today, I really hate running or at least I thought I did and I thought I couldn't run a mile but today I did it! I pushed myself and even did 3 laps sprinting (5.3) and only one lap at a fast walk pace (3.7-4.0)!! I am seriously so proud of myself and I was so astonished that I could do that so then I hit weights like crazy and my arms and abs and legs are feeling the burn! Afterwards I was dripping with sweat and bright red it felt AWESOME!
No I don't look cute right now but I feel so accomplished by setting a goal and pushing myself to reach it! It's a great motivator and helps me see the light! I'm not "fat" at least I don't think I am but I need to tone and I finally feel like little by little I'm doing something about it :)
I think it's important to have a new goal every time you go into the gym whether it's more reps, faster running time, more steps anything! It really makes you feel great when you reach it. The only thing stopping you is your mind!
Have a great day everyone!
