Cut, laid and fixed double 240x45mm h3.2 SG8 timber joists for Upper-Floor Deck.

Completed timber double plates to ring beam.

Chemset-bolted timber stringers to block wall to carry bearers.

Made-good existing subfloor framing at front of house with new 190x45 joists nailed to existing timbers.

Boundary joists to front/top of nib. Housed out using planer to suit rods holding plate to nib.

Cut and fixed new 190x45 SG8 h1.2 KD joists for new ensuite. Rebated to take shower tray.
