hmm i have a new idea im chewing on because yes i have posted some fics but those were me tryna get the ideas in my head out and honestly you guys will probably see so many revisions and edits because i have the brain of a crow and any new idea is a shiny trinket i must take home. but the new idea is taking the base of Sevrin, a false body created by Rhinedottir to host the soul/consciousness of the player (me, because Sevrin is my greedy ass self indulgent self insert of a persona/oc thingy.)
but now adding the fact, she once had a kid of her own, but due to the curse of Khaenri'ah and the child being a half blood, he had began transforming into a hilichurl. In a hasty effort to save her kid, she used Gold's power to transfer her kid's soul to the new body (a chalk/clay body like albedo/durin) but in her haste, her connection outside the 4th wall of the game and still observing the Player, was still intact. and when she transferred her kid's soul, she also transferred the Player's soul and consciousness.
But her kid's soul was weakened from the curse so it wasn't the soul that awoken in the body it was the Player, Sevrin, who woke up in the body instead. While Rhinedottir was upset at the outcome, her kid's soul was still intact and safe, he was still there...just dorment. In which, she took in Sevrin as if he was her son nevertheless. Guiding and teaching him of Teyvat, but also keeping him at arms length.
