I stumbled upon your gatekeeping figure skating post and loved it. I've watched figure skating all my life since my mom is the biggest fan and I've always thought it was incredibly underappreciated and it's beautiful seeing yoi bringing so much love to the actual sport <3

Thank you so much! Omg, I keep running into people whose mums are figure skating fans! Kind of makes me wish that my mum was too. She watches the championships with me, but she knows hardly anything about it... BUT she still fully supports my interest in it, which is brilliant all things considered.

I’m so glad that this anime was a hit and is giving skating exposure! I was disheartened to see people left and right admitting that they’re ashamed that they got into the sport because of YoI, which is why I wrote that post. Being introduced to something you may grow to love through media isn’t shameful at all. As many pointed out, even the top figure skaters love it, so why can’t we?

i didn’t really have a context while drawing but if i have to give one: kuroo hasn’t contacted tsukki in a long while cause he’s too busy so tsukki got kinda paranoid and thought of breaking up several times. they’re still in a long distance relationship so tsukki thinks it’s not working out

i also drew crying kags! cause he couldnt handle looking at hinata loving someone else

hi hello ^^ just wanted to say I loved your kuroken cafuné piece!!! as a portuguese girl very familiar with the meaning of cafuné and the feelings behind it, I felt your writing was hmm.. almost nostalgic and mellow and soft and beautiful.(just a little note: cafuné exists in brazilian portuguese and in portuguese portuguese. but maybe etymologically it's from brazil idk... not that important really)
