Milchick’s progress review was literally “you are too smart and nice please stop it.” But in all seriousness, the revelation/confirmation that all the improvements at the start of the season were specifically his idea feels significant.

Also Lumon trying to argue that innies are like, ontologically different from other people in a particular way that just so happens make working at Lumon the best possible environment for them to exist in. Yeah sure okay…

the one two punch of Milchick trying to find some solidarity in Natalie by using the most coded and corporate language, getting rejected, and then going into a six hour meeting where the company starts by basically calling him “uppity” for using that exact same language

Goddd the background paneling dividing the frame between milchick and mark and milchick controlling the frame with a larger portion, symbolizing how the battle between them is massively tipped in favor of milchick and lumon over the innies

Then mark pushes back, forcing the two of them to be at least somewhat equal as mark gains ground and milchick loses it. Only for milchick to completely cross over the boundary to fully dominate the frame and corner mark in body and mind
