Send me “✒︎” for a random, dumb, pointless fact about my muse.
Give Jamie sangria on a nice summer night, and she’s going to end up going skinny dipping.

1.) Is your muse a main character or a side character?
This time, a main character. If you asked this over on Ze'ev or Lucien, I'd have to say side characters. But there is no smegging way Edmund Bloody Shepard is a side character. Even if Mass Effect wasn't about Shepard's actions/choices in the galaxy's fight for survival, Edmund carries too much eau de jerk for him to be off to the side.
2.) Do you prefer heroes or villains?
Ummmm. Depends. Sometimes heroes are too...perfect. And sometimes villains are too likeable to hate. Take Handsome Jack! I love him! I should hate him, he's a jerk, but he makes me smile. Well, up until you deal with the Angel stuff. Then I briefly hate him. But overall, love him. I guess usually I like the heroes though? I mean, Edmund is a hero. Bit of a jerk and generally irritated, but he's a hero. So are Jayce, Lucien, Aubrey, and Honor.
3.) Is you could live in one ‘verse, what would it be?
Okay, despite all the problems with Earth getting devastated, colonies destroyed, and giant evil synthetics wanting to wipe out all organics that have reached a certain level of sentience and technological advancement? I'd love to live in Mass Effect. Just imagine living with those medical advancements! Working in the medical field! Talk about diverse cultures! And space. Space is pretty.
4.) Could you beat your muse in a drinking contest?
AHAHAHAHAHAHA. No. I haven't tested my limits, since I don't like getting beyond a little drowsy when I drink, and I rather like my liver. A lot. We're rather attached, my liver and I. Can't live with out each other. Meanwhile, Edmund was already a formidable drinker before Cerberus rebuilt him. Now he has a sturdier liver. He can out-drink a Krogan.
5.) Is there a trait that your muse has that you wish you had?
I wish I was as self-confident as Edmund. Yeah, I have pretty good self-esteem where my writing, art, and music skills are concerned, and I like how I look. But Edmund has no problem with causing conflict due to his words and/or actions, while I often can't speak up for myself.
6.) What is your character’s lowest moment?
To date, as of about halfway through the war, Edmund has a couple 'lowest moments', emotionally. The first was his awakening to the realities of service: you aren't ever really safe. All the 'lessons' Zaeed gave him, the things he talked about, didn't really sink in properly until Elysium was attacked while Edmund was on shore leave. Training and Zaeed's advice kicked in soon enough, but he was still shaken by the deaths of people close to him. He was a much nicer lad back then...
The second 'lowest moment' would be Legion's death. Mordin was already dead, curing the genophage. Nightmares kept Shepard up at night. The Quarians were fucking Quarians, so damned determined to get their bloody homeworld back when really, there were bigger problems to deal with. Y'know, REAPERS and all that. He'd just been shot at A FEW TIMES NOW by a smegging Reaper. He was exhausted, and snapped even more harshly at the Fleet than he usually would. Deaths of crew mates always hit him hard if he gets to know them and serves with them for a while, really has his trust earned by them.
7.) Do you write characters that are more like you or more unlike you?
Um. They're more...unlike what I am publicly. Edmund is the most unlike me, what with his snarling, irritation, and sometimes outright attempts to shove people away because he really doesn't want to give a damn. Jayce has my inner sass. Aubrey is most like me physically, but a bit shorter so my breasts and hips look more voluptuous on her with the shorter torso. Lucien is probably the most like me personality-wise, being quiet unless really comfortable with a person, and wanting so badly to measure up to the person he loves. Ze'ev is WAY more sensual, sexual, charming, outgoing, and easy-going than I am. And I'm monogamous, while he's polyamorous.
8.) Why do you RP?
I first started out with it on dA because I liked how it was kind of like reading a book being written right in front of you. Or a script for a play, if people wrote in script format. I enjoyed getting in on that. Now, I like meeting new people who have the same interests as me. And when you RP in a fandom, you can discuss fandom-related stuff with them. I also really, really enjoy watching my character(s) and others develop as time moves on. I like watching relationships build, the element of uncertainty because you don't know what the other character(s) will do. And then, it's fun to go back and re-read what happened.
9.) What’s one embarrassing trait your muse wouldn’t readily admit?
How easily he gets side-tracked while shopping. Really, it's a good thing they have a procurement officer. It's good they have a procurement console, even if there's a delivery price added on. Because Edmund gets distracted by fish, models, books, things for Churchill's cage, music, and gifts for his loved one.
10.) You’re stuck in the Hunger Games, would you partner up with your muse or kill him/her?
Um. Yeah. No. Not going to kill Edmund. He'd be forced to kill me, and really, he'd be more efficient at it than I would. It is much, much safer to just team up with him.
11.) One song that always reminds you of your muse.
Hmmmmmm. Generally kind of intense music. Melancholy music. Sometimes angry music. I don't necessarily have a specific song. Maybe the mash-up Radioactive in the Dark.
Questions are Answers Unspoken:
Does your muse believe that a purple bedroom will really lead to a more active sex life for them? Do you?
You and your muse have to share a flat/apartment/house/cabin on a ship. Who is the more responsible one in regards to cooking, cleaning, paying the bills?
You vs. your muse: leather or cloth upholstery for your couches and chairs?
The power goes out. What are the immediate concerns of you and your muse?
List three secrets your muse doesn't want to get out. To. Anyone. Ever.
Chocolate or vanilla cake?
Does your muse like reading? If so, what type of books would they read?
Are there any hobbies you and your muse share?
What foods do you eat that your muse doesn't, and vice versa? If there aren't any, what are your favourite foods?
What colour would your muse absolutely refuse to have on the walls or carpet of a place they'd live in?
Who has had the greatest impact on your muse? This can be in their life or in yours.

The country road was not a place for a lone fox, but here he was, frolicking around the side of the tarmac barrier. Bright lights suddenly blinded him and he turned to look, another mistake. He was knocked sideways, a crack of his leg and two of his ribs caused him to gasp. The car sped away.
You've Got To Be Kidding Me (Soulmates Meme)
"Meat lovers." Ianto offered, knowing it was Owen’s usual favorite when they would order it at the HUB. "I knew you didn’t eat" He gave a small grin at the fact his figuring that Owen was lying was true. "Shall we start, oh, also if your interested. I have some clothes that are a bit to big to wear if you wanted something more comfortable to sleep in" He offered, running a hand through his hair, a nervous habit he had.
Owen rolled his eyes, shaking his head a little, though he couldn’t help but still grin. Ianto knew him better than he thought… At least well enough to know that he’s lying when he’s said he’s eaten sometimes. “That would be great,” he murmured with a soft chuckle, rubbing the back of his neck, “can only be comfortable in jeans fer so long.”
“I laid them out on my bed, rooms just down the hall on the left” He offered, glancing toward the room. He was just happy he found something. He was still unsure about the shirt but his tailor trained eye knew the pants would fit, albeit a bit snug, but they would fit. “If you want to change while you can still take off your trousers” He added with a challenging grin.
[SMS - My Knight] Considering the circumstances of me being across the pond and all... [SMS] Do you trust me?
Send “Do you trust me?” for my character’s reaction.
[ text: Damsel ] Enough, I guess.
[ text ] I mean, it's hard to tell when you're all the way over there. But I know enough about you to ruin you, and you know enough about me to ruin /me, so I guess I trust you a fair amount.
[ text ] Wouldn't let you drive my car, though.
can ianto just end up in the middle instead?

"Thanks, Owen."
