trying to pick up a hobby to keep me busy in my free time & especially to keep me from going to bed earlier than 10pm out of boredom, and i've settled on trying to hand-sew a quilt!
it'll definitely be tedious and will take a while, but that's part of the point of it.
i have a ton of granny squares from when i worked at that local creative reuse nonprofit, so i'm sewing them together & leaving one side open to add a bit of fluffy filling into eventually. then i'll either borrow my little sister's sewing machine or have her sew everything together on her machine!
i'm going for a very summery, fresh fruit out on the porch on a hot, sunny day vibe! 🍉☀️
