Another UFO project... Remember all those trips I took to the Beaders Paradise last fall where I spent copious amounts of money on seed beads with no real intention? I started making rosettes, again with no intention. After doing a summery one, then a wintery one, I had a *thought* - do all four seasons and put them on a bag to shlep my camera and binoculars around when I go adventuring. I finished the last rosette a week ago and decided I really needed to make that bag in order to keep the beadwork off my UFO pile. The day I bought the fabric BF came down with Covid, so quarantining away from him gave me some creative time (I can't think of the last time I had a whole Saturday at home!) I'm pretty happy with the result, not too shabby for my first time designing and sewing a bag. It's canvas, and I think I'm going to wax it.
