The past couple of days have really had me reflecting on my piece “Unchained.” There are so many ways we let the world weigh us down and tell us who we can’t be or how we’re not good enough but it’s our job as Women to lift one another back up and help each other break free from the chains society puts on us and the mental ones we bind ourselves with.
