The video you posted was actually done by Saatchi & Saatchi Belgrade in an attempt to raise the awareness of the dangers of domestic violence and was actually done using stage make-up, the women in the video was never actually harmed during this video. It does still portray a realistic outlook on how people are affected by abusive relationships.
